Auction Broker Agreement

As a licensed car dealership, we have access to wholesale auctions Not available to the public for Purchase. Jersey Mikes Motors LLC Brokers the purchase of Vehicles for customers either for personal, or business use.

Jersey Mike's Motors offers no warranty on all brokered wholesale purchases from the auction. The dealer is facilitating a purchase on behalf of the customer and not selling directly to the customer. All sales are as-is/final under the brokered agreement.

The service requires a one-time payment of $1200 with a 20% nonrefundable retainer of $240 for a 2-week search which is allocated to the Total $1200 broker fee The retainer can be processed over the phone with a credit or debit card Monday through Friday or via Zelle and Cash app

Once the Retainer has been paid we can start with sending you a list of the vehicle’s from auctions nearest your location
